I would guess a full set of this armor would end up begin about 300k, or about the same as barrows repair costs. Then you would use the set for say 15 hours, and repeat. I think you should be able to get a armor pretty easily, maybe through a minigame, but in a way that you could get a full set reliably from an hour's playing time. PvP armors are not a great example of what I had in mind because they are so rare.
